Roby Casino walkthrough
Roby Casino spins from claim to cashout
Follow this when the spins are waiting and you are not sure what comes next.
Pick your login e-mail
Register with your e-mail address as the login and pick New Zealand dollars. One account per person, and a second one gets closed without warning.
Bonus section first
Go to the bonus section and enter ROBYLUCKY, or tap the offer for the deposit spins. Activation windows are short, so claim before they close.
Minimum top-up per code
Send at least NZ$12, or the minimum each code asks for. Skrill and Neteller are refused for the deposit spins offer.
Does the slot matter?
Open the named slot, such as Fruit Party or Money Train 2. Spins only play there and only at their set value, not on other games.
Spin maths
Multiply spins by value before you play
Multiply the spins by the value of one spin, apply the slot RTP for the expected win, then multiply the wagering of that win. These are estimates and the table carries every figure.
Wrong slot, empty counter. Spins from a code sit inside one named slot only. Return to that slot and the counter should be waiting at the bottom of the screen.
Before the code, after the nothing. New Zealand players see only offers this market runs. If a code was meant for another region, nothing arrives and support can point you to a local one.
Unclaimed bonus entry. A code does not load the spins by itself. Visit the bonus section of your account, enter the code and the package shows up in the list.
The moment after activating. An activated package can sit invisible until the slot page refreshes. Close the game, open it again and the spin count appears.
Your window has shut. Every package carries its own activation window, some as short as a day. Once it closes, ask support whether a fresh offer is open to you.
Roby Casino deposit floors. Roby Casino ties deposit spins to a set floor, which is NZ$35 for the 50 spins on Lucky Lady Moon. Top up to that line and the package unlocks.
Support ticket with three details. Send the code, the slot name and the rough time to live chat or [email protected]. Staff can see the package on your account and reload it.
Spins climb with each level and land every month: 20 for the first, 50 for the second, 100 for the third, 200 for the fourth and 300 at the top.

Four rules
What the spin winnings turn into
Here is what happens to every dollar a spin pays, and what stands between it and a withdrawal.
Read the bonus pot first
Nothing lands in your cash balance straight away. Spin payouts drop into the bonus pot, which you unlock by playing through it.
The clock after activation
Welcome spins give you 16 days to clear what they pay, a stretch that starts when the package lands rather than when you first spin.
Roby Casino document check
Roby Casino checks identity, address and payment method before any payout leaves. Have the three documents ready early so the wait stays at 64 hours.
Roby Casino 38x factor
Roby Casino sets the welcome factor at 38x on the bonus, so a NZ$10.03 estimate from 52 spins asks for NZ$381.14 of play before it moves.
Roby Casino no-deposit pack
No deposit first, cashout cap later · 2026
Fifteen spins at 0.10 each on Money Train 2 cost you nothing, but the NZ$50 cashout cap and the 50x wagering on winnings are where players trip.

Six questions
Spins terms in plain answers
Straight terms, set out the way we would explain them to a friend over a coffee.
trustHow often can I pick up free spins here?+
Four spins offers come with a deposit in your first week, on top of the welcome set of 52. A weekly schedule then adds spins on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, and repeat deposits keep earning them. New offers appear on the promotions page rather than by email alone.
trustWhen did the Anjouan licence come into force?+
Roby Casino LLC runs on Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence ALSI-263283, under company number 468793. That licence has been held since the brand started trading, and the regulator sits in Mutsamudu. Documents are checked by QUINEL, eCOGRA and SIQ.
trustWhat happens when I claim ROBYLUCKY and the welcome spins?+
Both sit in your account together, so the no deposit code ROBYLUCKY can be claimed before or after you deposit. Once the welcome spins arrive, the no deposit winnings must still be wagered before either pot turns into cash. One offer per player, per code.
trustWhen can I say no to spins or their winnings?+
When a spin offer lands in your account, it waits until you accept it from the bonuses tab, and you can turn it down there. Declining keeps your balance clean, since no wagering is attached and nothing locks your own money. The offer simply lapses after its window closes.
trustWhat happens when I ask to cash out spin winnings?+
When the wagering on the spin winnings is finished, the money moves from bonus to cash and you can request a payout. A no deposit win is capped at NZ$50 from ROBYLUCKY, which is the ceiling on that particular pot. Verification takes up to 64 hours before the first payout clears.
trustWhen can I change what each spin is worth?+
Each spin runs at the value set in its terms, such as NZ$0.20 on Fruit Party or NZ$0.10 on Money Train 2. When you open the named slot from the offer, the stake is fixed for every spin in the set. Your own cash play on that slot is unaffected.
At the reels
Which slot do the spins open on?
18+It clears up whether a spin can be moved to another game or played at a different stake.
Pragmatic Play
Fruit Party
High volatility and a 96.47% RTP make 52 spins at 0.20 each a swingy but fair run. 52 free spins · Welcome spins · Deposit 1; RTP 96.47%
Spins cost you nothing and oblige you to nothing, so stopping mid-way is allowed. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion sit in your account settings, and the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, the Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all take calls.
Session time reminders. A note at the interval you pick tells you how long you have been spinning.
Self-exclusion. It closes your account for the stretch you choose and blocks all further play.
Deposit limits. It caps how much you can add in a day or a week, set before the mood turns.
